A softer yoga block can also be used, but do take care in standing exercises & perform the exercise without the block if it doesn't feel safe (modifications explained in video).
**Do take note that due to a technical glitch which affected sound quality, we had to use a voiceover for the 2nd half of this video - hence the audio & video does not match totally. Rest assured that the intensity of workout & posture correction cues remain the same!**
